Insurance Services Group “ISG”, is a family-owned, independent insurance agency based in Wichita, KS. For three generations, we’ve served Kansas with local customer service and a passion for our community that’s impossible to replicate anywhere else. We are Kansas Proud. When you choose ISG you will NOT be dealing with an impersonal service center. We do not believe in 800 numbers- our clients have our direct dial numbers. You will always work directly with our experienced local staff. We know Kansas, and we will work hard to know you.
ISG offers a variety of insurance to fit your needs including business, home, auto, and employee benefits insurance. We represent over 80 insurance carriers- we work closely with the insurance carriers to handle all of your needs. We are also unique, in that, we offer loss control/safety management, claims mitigation, worker’s comp, experience mod, and deductible reviews.
Our team is compiled of experienced industry veterans. Our average tenure is over 20 years per associate. We strongly believe in continuing education and are committed to the time and resources it takes to be a leader in the industry. Some of our industry designations include the following: Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Certified Workers Compensation Counselor (CWCC), Real-estate certified Insurance Professional (RCIP), Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), and Certified Insurance Representative (CPIW).
