Jeff Dodds

Jeff Dodds joined the ISG team in early 2022, bringing with him more than two decades of experience in the insurance industry and a strong commitment to serving the Wichita community.

Jeff’s insurance journey began in 1999 while attending Wichita State University, where he gained early experience working with a couple of small insurance agencies. That passion quickly grew into a career—he went on to establish his own agency, which he successfully expanded to three locations before eventually selling the business.

Throughout his career, Jeff has remained deeply involved in the Wichita community. He has dedicated his time and energy to a number of local organizations, including the Wichita Wagonmasters, Communities in Schools, and the Wichita Children’s Mercy Philanthropy Board. His community-first mindset is central to his approach with clients—providing honest, reliable, and personalized insurance solutions tailored to their unique needs.

When he's not working, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah, and their son. He’s an avid outdoor enthusiast, loves playing pickleball, and is a devoted fan of all Kansas sports teams.
