Chock Chapple

Charles “Chock” Chapple, founder and President of Insurance Services Group (ISG), is a third-generation insurance executive with over 40 years of commercial insurance experience. A proud legacy continues with Chock, whose grandfather, Jay Chapple, Sr., was one of Wichita’s first insurance agents, and whose father, Jay Chapple, spent his four-decade career as an agency owner and large account producer.

Before launching ISG, Chock held executive leadership roles at both regional and national levels, including serving as Executive Vice President of one of the largest insurance agencies in the country. He also previously owned and led Commercial Insurance Group, a national program administrator serving industry associations and niche markets across the U.S.

Chock specializes in building group insurance programs and crafting detailed workers’ compensation solutions tailored to unique business needs. His depth of knowledge is backed by several professional designations, including:

• Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU)
• Associate in Risk Management (ARM)
• Certified Workers Compensation Counselor (CWCC)
• Real Estate Certified Insurance Professional (RCIP)

Chock has a true passion for continuing education and enjoys taking time to teach and mentor both clients and colleagues on the complexities of insurance. His thoughtful, client-focused approach has helped countless businesses navigate risk with confidence.

Outside of work, Chock is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and tinkering with farm-related projects. His loyal dog, Tubbs, is a regular fixture around the ISG office. Chock is engaged to his fiancée, Joan, and is proud of his two grown children, both of whom have also pursued careers in the insurance industry.
