Mickey Lynch

Mickey Lynch joined ISG in late 2023, bringing with him a wealth of real-world business experience and a deep understanding of the insurance needs of today’s industries. Born and raised in Wichita, KS, Mickey is a proud graduate of Kapaun Mt. Carmel Catholic High School and earned his bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University.

Throughout his career, Mickey has owned and operated multiple businesses in Wichita, spanning manufacturing, property development, and retail. This hands-on experience gives him unique insight into the risks business owners face—and how best to protect against them.

Mickey is passionate about building meaningful, long-term partnerships with his clients. He believes in protecting what matters most with honesty, integrity, and personalized insurance solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.

Outside of the office, Mickey enjoys watching sports, meeting new people, and spending time with his wife, Janet, and their blended family of five—three boys and two girls.
