Mickey Lynch

Mickey joined ISG in December 2023. He is a prior business owner, owning several businesses in Wichita over the years - from manufacturing, to property development, to retail. With this experience, Mickey knows that protecting your business is important. From Manufacturing, Property Development and Retail he has the experience in running businesses to be able to help business owners with their insurance needs. 

Mickey was born and raised in Wichita, KS. He graduated from Kapaun Mt. Carmel Catholic High School and later attended Wichita State University, where he obtained his Bachelors Degree. Mickey has played individual sports his whole life, and his competitive drive carries over into business, where he is driven to find the best possible insurance solution for his clients. In addition, Mickey’s father taught him at a young age the importance of relationship building, and that having a level of trust between business and client is also important. Mickey prides himself on relationship building, and creating a lasting partnerships with clients along the way, while doing it with honesty and integrity. 

Mickey and his wife, Janet, share a blended family of three boys and two girls for the last fourteen years and counting.
