Chris Dugan

Chris Dugan joined ISG in August 2025, bringing a unique combination of hands-on business experience, competitive drive, and a passion for helping others. A Wichita native, Chris graduated from Bishop Carroll High School before earning his bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University—where he also made his mark as a standout defensive end on the K-State football team.

Before entering the insurance industry, Chris owned and operated his own construction business. That experience gave him valuable insight into the challenges business owners face every day—insight he now uses to help clients protect what matters most.

Chris is known for going above and beyond to deliver personalized coverage and exceptional service. Whether he's working with families or business owners, his goal is always the same: to provide peace of mind through thoughtful, customized insurance solutions.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hunting, and making memories with his wife, Marissa.
